Q: Can I be on the same committee for 2019?
A: Committees are filled on a first come, first serve basis but we always try to give volunteers their first preference when available. Walking Scorers and Standard Bearers will have a Previous Interview with their Chairman.
Q: When is the Volunteer Appreciation Party?
A: Dates and information for the volunteer party have not been finalized. The championship office will inform volunteers as soon as this information is available.
Q: When and where is uniform distribution?
A: Times and locations: TBD
Q: If I can’t pick up my uniform on those days where can I get it?
A: You may send a representative in your place to pick up your uniform with a copy of an ID. Please contact your committee chairman as a last resort if you are not able to pick up your uniform and he will give you more information on where to pick it up after uniform distribution days.
Q: When and where can I purchase additional volunteer shirt?
You can purchase an additional volunteer shirt during your volunteer registration.
Q: What do I wear with my uniform?
A: Men must wear khaki pants. Ladies can wear khaki capris, or skorts.
Q: What does the uniform look like?
Q: I sent in an application to be a volunteer, but now I can’t work due to an emergency, etc. Can I cancel?
A: Yes you may cancel, we will really appreciate if you let your chairman know you will not participate before December so we can replace with another volunteer.
Q: Will the Tournament be on TV?
A: Yes, the Championship will be on Golf Channel (Thursday- Friday) and NBC on (Saturday and Sunday) and TV AZTECA. Check your local listings for times.
Q: Where is Volunteer Parking?
Q: Will volunteers be able to take guests to the volunteer party?
A: No, no guests are available to the volunteer appreciation party. Your uniform and volunteer badge will give you access.
Q: Will Volunteers be able to take guests to the tournament?
A: No, Volunteers will not be able to take any guests to the tournament.
